DescriptionProject proceeded through different stages, contemplating the overall modernization of the historical building, and the important representation of the Art Nouveau style in São Paulo. The work count with the restoration and recovery of the roofs and facades of the building, with an internal modernization for adjustment of the common spaces used by the fraternity, accessibility, modernization of the auditorium with acoustic treatment and air conditioning installation, creation of multipurpose rooms, adaptations of service areas, kitchen, restoration of the chapel's pictorial elements, sports court restoration, implementation of a water reuse system with suitability for external areas, parking, and landscaping.
