Description: Execution of the awarded Project by H+F arquitetos associados, with a full restoration and adaptation of the monument building, adding expository rooms, interconnection of the wings, implementation of the lookout and modernization of the building facilities with full accessibility; construction of a building under the esplanade area with colored concrete, housing a technical administrative area, auditorium, classrooms, and temporary exhibition spaces. The museum now covers 1600m², featuring full accessibility, a fire-fighting system, an automation, and installation of an air conditioning system.
