Concrejato has a portfolio of emblematic buildings with LEED certification, with the following works: Biblioteca Parque Estadual do Rio de Janeiro, Museu de Arte do Rio – MAR and Museu da Língua Portuguesa.
The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is an evaluation system that promotes a comprehensive sustainable approach from project conception to completion.
Concrejato prioritizes the waste reduction through efficient construction processes, implementing selective collection and residual management across all construction sites.
Concrejato does not use plastic glasses in offices and encourages all collaborators to reuse bottles and mugs, providing welcome kits to discourage the use of plastic materials.
Concrejato promotes the recycling of plastic caps for social causes by collecting plastic materials in offices and construction sites. This initiative supports the socio-environmental project “Tampinha Legal” (Cool Cap), fostering the circular economy and offering impactful actions to society.
No ano de 2023, a Concrejato conquistou o Selo Verde de Gestão Sustentável ESG (pilares ambiental, social e de governança) após diagnóstico e avaliação externa da consultoria Pró-Ambiente.
Em 2024 fomos recertificados com o Selo Super Verde, o mais alto nível de certificação dentro dos pilares de ESG.
O selo visa certificar companhias que agem ativamente na busca pela gestão sustentável e seus critérios são baseados nos princípios de ESG e nos 17 Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) da ONU.

Como parte do nosso compromisso com a sustentabilidade e a responsabilidade ambiental, realizamos nosso Inventário de Gases de Efeito Estufa (GEE).
Este inventário permite monitorar e quantificar as emissões de gases que contribuem para o aquecimento global, geradas durante as diversas fases de nossos projetos de construção.
Através dessa análise, identificamos as principais fontes de emissão e desenvolvemos estratégias para reduzir nosso impacto ambiental.
Nosso objetivo é promover práticas de construção mais sustentáveis, mitigando os efeitos das mudanças climáticas e contribuindo para um futuro mais sustentável.

The Come and See Concrejato Program is an initiative directed to office contributors, designed to familiarize them with the construction team, enhancing team integration, and fostering connections among collaborators.

Since 2022, Concrejato has implemented the Accident Prevention Program, to strengthen safe and proper practices during work, engaging collaborators in achieving the goal of zero accidents.
Concrejato’s Code of Conduct ensures integrated, sustainable, and professional operations, following best market practices and complying with the applicable anticorruption and competition defense laws, including rules and procedures for all employees, service providers, and business partners to adhere to.
Concrejato has an Independent Ombudsman managed by Contato Seguro to receive reports and complaints while ensuring anonymity and compliance with the main laws, including the Brazilian Anticorruption Law (Law number 12.846/13).
